Caring for Your Products

Hand washing

Rinse the item or cutlery to remove any food particles.
Do not soak. Wash in hot soapy water. Rinse in hot water.
Dry thoroughly with a soft clean cloth.
To clean cutlery with detailed designed handles, carefully removing any food particles and
follow instructions as above.
Never use any type of polish or abrasive cleaner on the item.

Using a Dishwasher 

When washing your product or cutlery in the dishwasher follow the manufacture’s instructions.
For cutlery, use the basket provided to prevent scratching.
Following the drying cycle, wipe the cutlery or other items with a soft dry cloth.
Hard water may leave calcium spots, these stains may be removed by using vinegar or a stainless steel  cleaner.
A fault or the misuse of your dishwasher could cause staining or corrosion even to the highest stainless steel, this is not an indication of substandard craftsmanship.
